Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & meticulously dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product is not recommended. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Carefully remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare it adequately.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to the substrate's absorption level. Apply one generous coat with a roller brush to ensure complete and thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple layers, each enhancing the strength and adhesion.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be seamlessly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless finish and enduring quality.
