K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose particles, and remnants of old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind any uneven areas to clear away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum the surface to remove dust and particles.
3. Ensure the substrate is dry and devoid of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.
The optimal water-to-mortar ratio is 26% for best results.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. As the primer begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling process.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, stirring with a mixer until smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, while protecting it from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to the compound setting, use a defoaming roller to eliminate entrapped air. For efficient transport, a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its integrity. When sealed, the shelf life extends to 6 months.
During transit, ensure protection against collisions and compression to preserve the packaging and product quality.
