K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure thorough cleaning by removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind the surface to eliminate unevenness, loose concrete, and debris, followed by a vacuum to eradicate loose materials and dust effectively.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from any puddles, to ensure optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended, while LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is suggested for non-absorbent surface substrates.
Achieve the ideal mixture with a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. Following a meticulous cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and commenced drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the preparatory work for self-leveling.
2. Commence by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a suitable container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until achieving a uniformly smooth and lump-free consistency. Spread the prepared mix evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to roll over the surface, effectively expelling any entrapped air. For added convenience, utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product possesses a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
