Installation Instructions
For a seamless wood flooring installation, the B11 notched trowel, designed explicitly for wood flooring adhesive, is highly recommended. It is essential to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure consistent application. Customize the open time by evaluating the adhesive volume, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for use when it starts forming strings, guaranteeing maximum bonding efficiency.
When engaging in the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, or LVT floors, the B1 notched trowel is the preferred tool, with a notched bar replacement every 100 square meters. Begin flooring installation as soon as the adhesive forms strings, ensuring effective adhesion and transfer to the flooring's underside. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, using a cork board to press edges and corners for a flawlessly flat adherence without dead spots. This ensures comprehensive bonding between the floor and adhesive. Reinforce the bond by rolling again 20 minutes later.
