Our Advanced Curing Hardener for Eco-Friendly Vinyl Floor Adhesive is meticulously engineered to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces, ensuring minimal sand shedding. It is also perfect for aerated concrete block applications. This versatile solution is ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, as well as absorbent substrates like concrete. With its superior sealing capabilities, it effectively closes off capillary pores and cracks, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials for enhanced durability.

This groundbreaking formulation prevents moisture in the leveling layer from seeping into the substrate, thereby boosting the bonding strength remarkably. It establishes a formidable adhesion between the leveling layer and the base, eradicating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth and dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains and chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum clean before application.

Application Method

 

>> Ensure removal of any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 according to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration is achieved.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed to achieve desired results.

>> Once completely cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
