K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned by removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings, setting a pristine stage for application.
2. Address uneven surfaces by grinding to remove any loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to eliminate residual materials and dust for a spotless finish.
3. Guarantee that the base remains dry and free of puddles, maintaining an ideal condition for application.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent, ensuring impeccable preparation and treatment.
For optimal results, maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring a perfect consistency for application.
1. After meticulously cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), you can confidently commence self-leveling pre-work.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, and protect from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application process within 10 minutes to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring efficient application.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in an environment that is dry, ventilated, and cool, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a robust shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting quality.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to preserve package integrity and prevent damage.
