K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum the area to remove all residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and devoid of any puddles to maintain consistent application.
4. For substrates with high absorption, it is advised to apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, whereas LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for non-absorbent surfaces.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency and application.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (typically within 2-6 hours post-application), initiate pre-work for self-leveling.
2. In a container, pour approximately 6 liters of clean water, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour and evenly spread the mixture, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes to ensure quality.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is advisable.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity to preserve quality. When sealed, the product's shelf life extends up to 6 months.
During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging, ensuring the product's integrity.
