K50 self-leveling compound is distinguished by its remarkable high strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion, ensuring a smooth and steadfast foundation for any floor paving endeavor. It is perfectly suited for a diverse range of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Featuring superb fluidity, it effortlessly levels the ground, creating a perfectly even surface.
2. Enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation, ensuring long-lasting durability.
3. Significantly reduces porosity while boosting uniform absorption, optimizing the foundation's quality.
4. Quick-drying and early-setting properties allow for prompt grinding and laying of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days, accelerating project timelines.
5. Its low shrinkage formula effectively prevents cracking during ground treatment, maintaining surface integrity.

K50 can be seamlessly applied in a range between 2mm to 5mm thickness in a single application, offering flexibility and precision.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum the area to remove all residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and devoid of any puddles to maintain consistent application.
4. For substrates with high absorption, it is advised to apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, whereas LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for non-absorbent surfaces.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency and application.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (typically within 2-6 hours post-application), initiate pre-work for self-leveling.
2. In a container, pour approximately 6 liters of clean water, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour and evenly spread the mixture, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes to ensure quality.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is advisable.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity to preserve quality. When sealed, the product's shelf life extends up to 6 months.
During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging, ensuring the product's integrity.
