K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eradicate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding and vacuum away any residual loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of any puddles.
4. Employ LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment for absorbent substrates, or opt for LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for non-absorbent surfaces.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for optimal results.
1. Post thorough base cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a container, integrating a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound slowly, mixing until smooth and lump-free. Evenly spread the mixture using a notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the fresh mix from direct sun and strong winds, ensuring the entire process completes within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate air bubbles. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for effective slurry transport.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, enjoy a shelf life of up to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to prevent packaging damage from collisions and compression.
