This adhesive is the ultimate solution for surfaces like putty powder, paint, cement mortar, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. Our advanced adhesive masterfully seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By safeguarding the moisture within the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it powerfully boosts bonding strength, guaranteeing steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, while resolving common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For additional reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
