Product introduction

Designed to fortify cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding, and aerated concrete blocks, our adhesive is perfect for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. It effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

This innovation prevents the moisture from the leveling layer being absorbed by the substrate, while simultaneously enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It guarantees firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, thereby eliminating issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or has extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> After curing, the substrate can be ready for application with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
