TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Remove dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If uneven, apply self-leveling material for a smooth, clean base.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Evenly spread the adhesive with a scraper brush. Allow 15-20 minutes until it transitions from white to transparent before laying carpet.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Lay the carpet flat and smooth. Apply pressure and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure.

STEP 4
ALLOW ADHESIVE TO CURE.
The adhesive bonds strongly in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation. Simplified translation.
