K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure a pristine surface by meticulously removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove all loose materials and dust, ensuring a clean base.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, ensuring it is devoid of any puddles to facilitate optimal application.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent, ensuring appropriate preparation for each substrate type.
Achieve the perfect mix with a water to mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the pre-work for self-leveling to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound while mixing with a mixer until a uniform, smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Carefully pour out the mixed material and spread it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete the mixing and application within a 10-minute window to maintain quality.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, expelling any entrapped air. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the shelf life extends up to 6 months, preserving its quality and functionality.
During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, safeguarding the packaging from damage to ensure product integrity.
