SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin your subfloor preparation journey by thoroughly cleansing the surface, ensuring you remove every trace of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings. This meticulous step paves the way for a pristine and flawless canvas ready for superior application.
2. Transform uneven areas into a smooth masterpiece by sanding them down with precision. This step effectively removes loose concrete and any impurities, creating a perfect, even base for your project.

3. Elevate your preparation process by keeping the base in a perfectly dry state, free from any puddles. This attention to detail guarantees optimal results and unmatched surface integrity.
4. Customize your preparation approach based on substrate type: for absorbent substrates, choose LG660, the premier water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, select the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent, achieving a perfectly tailored preparation for any surface condition.

Water to Mortar Ratio: To achieve unparalleled consistency and exceptional performance with our Premium Self-Leveling Cement Mix, it is essential to maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 1:5. This careful balance ensures the mixture achieves its full potential, delivering outstanding results in your projects.

APPLICATION

1. Begin with a meticulous cleaning of the base layer to ensure pristine conditions. Choose the perfect primer to guarantee optimal adhesion, and once it's absorbed and has dried (typically 2 to 6 hours post-application), transition seamlessly into the preparatory phase for self-leveling to craft an impeccably smooth finish.

2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a high-performance mixer until a uniform, silky, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour and evenly spread this expertly mixed material, employing a specialized notched trowel for precision in thickness control. Protect the freshly prepared mix from the harshness of direct sunlight and gusty winds to ensure the ultimate results.

3. Before the self-leveling compound begins its initial set, gently roll a defoaming roller across the surface to banish any air bubbles. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for the efficient transfer of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a smooth and flawless application every time.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain an optimal construction environment by controlling the temperature between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring moderate relative humidity for the best results.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-product ratio as specified in the product manual to achieve optimal performance. Deviating by adding excess or insufficient water may compromise the effectiveness and integrity of the self-leveling material.

3. Ensure the expertly mixed self-leveling material is applied within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which can render the material unusable.

4. Exercise utmost caution during application to prevent any potential splashing of material into the eyes or onto the skin, always prioritizing safety.

5. During the critical curing phase, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water to maintain the integrity of the finish.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with utmost care to avoid collisions and compression, preserving the packaging and maintaining the product's integrity.
