Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives including release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces without prior shot blasting. Thoroughly sand and vacuum the substrate before application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Clear the floor surface of any unstable loose materials and oil stains for a clean slate.

>> Properly dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio, depending on substrate absorption, and apply a generous coat using a roller brush to ensure thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for superior strengthening.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is prepared for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a flawless base for your projects.
