Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & completely dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & void of chemical additives such as release agents. Surfaces that are loose or heavily susceptible to sand shedding are not ideal for this product. Prior to application, shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are mandatory.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a pristine foundation.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary based on the absorption capacity of the substrate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush to achieve thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider the application of multiple coats to further enhance strength and durability.

>> Once the substrate is fully cured, it can be directly prepared for further treatment with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a perfectly level and robust finish.
