PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Thoroughly clean the floor with a mop to remove dust and debris. If uneven, apply self-leveling material for a smooth and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Evenly spread the adhesive using a scraper brush. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to clear before carpet installation begins.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat, ensuring smoothness. Apply pressure and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller for secure attachment.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The adhesive achieves bonding strength in 3 hours, so avoid traffic for 12 hours. This technique supports weight without bubbling or deformation, ensuring a flawless finish.
