K50 commercial self-leveling compound is inorganic composite material made from high-quality raw materials with a fine ratio, featuring excellent fluidity that can quickly level indoor floors. It is widely used for leveling before the construction of various floor materials, such as plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile materials, and wooden floors.

1. Remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2, Grind the uneven surface to remove loose concrete and debris, and vacuum to remove loose materials and dust.

4. For absorbent substrates, it is recommended to use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surface substrates, it is recommended to use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for treatment.
1. After cleaning the base layer thoroughly, the appropriate primer should be selected. When the primer has been absorbed by the base layer and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after the primer application), start the self-leveling construction.
2. Pour about 6.5 liters of clear water into a container, then slowly add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and stir with a mixer until it is evenly mixed without lumps. Pour out the mixture, spread it evenly, and use a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. The well-mixed material should be protected from direct sunlight and strong winds.
1. The construction environment temperature should be controlled between 5°C and 30°C, and the relative humidity should not be too high.
2.Add water strictly according to the ratio specified in the product manual to avoid affecting the performance of the self-leveling material by adding too much or too little water.
3. The mixed self-leveling material should be applied within 20 minutes to prevent the material from solidifying and becoming unusable.
4. Pay attention to safety during construction to avoid splashing the material into the eyes or onto the skin.
5. During the curing period, avoid the ground being hit by heavy objects or soaked in water.
Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and humid environments. When sealed, the shelf life is 6 months.
During transportation, avoid collisions and compression to prevent damage to the packaging.
