TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Eliminate dust and debris on the floor using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and clean surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Use a scraper brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before commencing carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive will attain bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method effectively handles weight without bubbling or deformation. Simplified translation.
