Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is inapplicable. It is crucial to perform shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as per substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement as required.
