2. Smooth any uneven surfaces by grinding, effectively eliminating loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear all loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from puddles, to ensure optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.
Achieve the perfect blend with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and application.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preparations for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the solution is smooth and lump-free. Carefully pour out the mixed material and spread it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness precisely.
