The K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its remarkable strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, creating a smooth, robust foundation ideal for floor installations. It is perfectly suited to a diverse range of solid substrates, such as sturdy concrete floors, cement mortar levelling layers, and polished stone tile surfaces.
1. Exhibits remarkable fluidity, ensuring automatic and effortless ground leveling for a flawless finish.
2. Enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and homogeneity, fortifying the surface like never before.
3. Significantly reduces porosity while ensuring uniform absorption, paving the way for long-lasting durability.
4. Boasts rapid drying and early setting, allowing for swift grinding and the laying of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days.
5. Its low shrinkage properties effectively prevent cracking during ground treatments, maintaining surface integrity.

The K50 compound can be applied efficiently at a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm, all in a single, seamless application.
1. Ensure the surface is pristine by removing all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual old coatings.
2. Smooth any uneven surfaces by grinding, effectively eliminating loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear all loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from puddles, to ensure optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.
Achieve the perfect blend with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and application.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preparations for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the solution is smooth and lump-free. Carefully pour out the mixed material and spread it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness precisely. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the compound begins to set, utilize a defoaming roller to gently roll over the surface and expel any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute may be employed to transport the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, shielded from direct sunlight and high humidity. When sealed, the K50 boasts a shelf life of up to 6 months, ensuring longevity and quality.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
