K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement
additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for optimal adhesion.
2. Level out uneven areas by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then thoroughly vacuum to remove all dust and residual materials.
3. Ensure that the base remains completely dry and free of puddles for best results.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior treatment and preparation.
To achieve the best quality results, maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring an ideal mix consistency for flawless application.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, within approximately 2-6 hours, initiate the self-leveling pre-work to ensure perfect ground preparation.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the mixture is perfectly smooth and free of lumps. Distribute the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to remove any trapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can assist in the efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a smooth and even application.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains its superior quality for up to 6 months.
During transportation, take care to prevent collisions and compression to avoid any packaging damage and ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.
