The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a masterpiece of high-performance, water-hardening inorganic composite material. Carefully crafted from superior raw ingredients and meticulously designed for ultimate effectiveness, it offers unbelievable fluidity that ensures swift and precise leveling of indoor floors. This highly adaptable compound is the quintessential choice for pre-leveling before laying down a wide variety of floor coverings such as plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors.
Renowned for its formidable strength, negligible shrinkage, and exceptional adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound provides a flawless, durable groundwork ideal for floor installations. It is perfectly tailored for an array of solid substrates including concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Delivers extraordinary fluidity that self-smoothens and levels the surface effortlessly.
2. Dramatically boosts the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation.
3. Efficiently decreases porosity while enhancing consistent absorption.
4. Features rapid drying and early setting, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within 1-2 days.
5. Designed with low shrinkage properties that prevent cracking during ground preparation.

The K50 can be effortlessly applied at a thickness ranging from a precise 2mm to 5mm in a single application.
1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Level out uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, then thoroughly vacuum to clear away all residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure that the base remains dry and completely devoid of any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimized treatment.
Sustain a water to mortar ratio of precisely 26% for achieving optimal results.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually integrate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix using a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and devoid of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a swift 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is imperative to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any package damage.
