K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Begin by meticulously removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings to ensure a clean start.
2. Polish uneven surfaces, eliminate loose concrete and debris, and vacuum thoroughly to leave no dust behind.
3. Maintain a dry base, free of puddles, ensuring it is perfectly prepped for application.
4. For absorbent surfaces, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve the ideal surface condition.
Ensure a perfect mix with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%, achieving the ideal consistency for application.
1. After thorough cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Allow it to be absorbed by the base and start drying (around 2-6 hours post-application) before commencing self-leveling pre-work.
2. Mix precision: Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, slowly add a 25 kg bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until lump-free. Spread evenly using a specialized notched trowel, controlling thickness meticulously. Shield the fresh mix from direct sunlight and robust winds; complete mixing and application within a swift 10-minute window.
3. Prior to setting, utilize a defoaming roller over the surface to expel trapped air. For seamless transport, use a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently move the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Preserve product integrity by storing in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, guarded against direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the shelf life extends to 6 months, ensuring long-lasting quality.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions or compression, thus preventing any packaging damage.
