Product introduction
Utilized to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces that slightly shed sand and for aerated concrete block applications, including surfaces like putty powder, paint, cement mortar, or other absorbent substrates such as concrete. This adhesive effectively seals capillary pores and cracks, minimizing the absorption by porous substrates.
It prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation while preventing issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.
Performance characteristics
>> Water-based emulsion: Environmentally friendly and safe.
>> Superior penetration: Easy application for all users.
>> Triple action: Sealing, penetrating, and hardening in one product.
>> Direct use for interface treatment: Enhances substrate strength, seals, and reduces absorption.
>> Improves bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the substrate.Prevents peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.
>> Versatile application: Suitable for both wall and floor substrates.
Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose substrates or large areas of sand shedding, this product is unsuitable. Sandblasting is required. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.
>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface..
>> Dilute the hardener with water, mixing at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..
>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats..
>> After curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement..
