Installation Instructions
Achieve a flawless and seamless wood flooring installation by utilizing a B11 notched trowel, meticulously crafted for wood flooring adhesive application. It is recommended to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain optimal performance. The open time is influenced by factors such as the adhesive quantity, prevailing climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive reaches its prime readiness for use once it begins forming strings, indicating its opportune moment for application.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, it is advisable to employ a B1 notched trowel. Ensure the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters to guarantee consistency. Begin the installation process when the adhesive starts forming strings, assuring an optimal transfer to the flooring's backside. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller and employ a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a consistent, gap-free bond. Follow this with an additional roll 20 minutes later. For detailed guidance, adhere to Lan Guan's comprehensive technical instructions, ensuring the steadfast integrity of your flooring.
