K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer
1. Meticulously remove any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface.
2. Grind and smoothen uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by a thorough vacuuming to clear away residual loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free from any puddles to achieve optimal results.
4. For an absorbent substrate, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for superior treatment.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to ensure optimal consistency and performance.
1. Post thorough base cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate self-leveling pre-work with confidence.
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. Spread the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within a tight 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to expel trapped air. Note: A pump delivering 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, it maintains a generous 6-month shelf life.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, protecting the integrity of the packaging.
