Performance characteristics
Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive, the pinnacle of innovation for flooring solutions seeking unparalleled elasticity and top-tier curing capabilities. Specifically designed for materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this extraordinary adhesive delivers flexibility by operating as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its distinctive formulation also permits selective utilization as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or pre-existing floors. Embrace the smooth, dependable application that your projects deserve with LG9000, setting a new standard in adhesive technology.
Transform your flooring installations with LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Initiate installation a convenient 20-50 minutes after application, reaping the benefits of its long-lasting adhesion, robust peel and shear strength, swift curing, and high curing strength. Ensure that your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. For challenging surfaces - uneven, coarse, dusty, or non-absorbent - enhance surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unrivaled stability and performance that stands the test of time.
Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installation with the precise use of a B11 notched trowel, specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesive applications. Remember to replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. The open time varies based on the adhesive quantity, weather conditions, and substrate absorption rate. When the adhesive begins forming strings, it indicates readiness for application, ensuring perfect execution each time.
For wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the employment of a B1 notched trowel is recommended. Ensure to replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters. Commence installation once the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring optimal back transfer to the flooring. During the process, diligently roll the entire surface with a roller and apply a cork board to press edges and corners, achieving a flawless, gap-free bond. Follow with another roll 20 minutes later. For complete guidance, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions, thereby reinforcing the integrity and durability of your flooring.
