Product introduction
This Super Wear-resistant Floor Sealing Hardener is engineered to fully penetrate concrete surfaces to a depth of 5mm - 8mm. Through a chemical reaction with free calcium and magnesium ions in the concrete, it forms a dense crystalline structure. This process not only hardens the entire surface but also makes the concrete floor exceptionally durable and aesthetically pleasing.
The lithium-based hardener is specifically formulated for emery floors, commonly referred to as wear-resistant floors.
Over time, emery floors can develop dust and dirt issues due to their porous nature as cement-based products. However, emery floors have unique structural compositions, pH levels, and trace element contents. Our emery floor hardener is meticulously engineered to address these specific characteristics, ensuring that all active components within the emery floor engage fully in the reaction, resulting in a uniformly treated, hard surface.
Application scope
Ideal for a wide range of applications including industrial floors, workshop floors, supermarket floors, concrete parking lots, concrete highways, airport runways, concrete bridges, concrete docks, concrete walls, sports centers, and any location with a concrete or cement mortar base. It is also perfect for reinforcing new and old concrete bases, terrazzo bases, and hardened wear-resistant floors.

Advantages of Concrete Sealing Hardener Floors
- High Strength: Achieves a Mohs hardness of 8 on treated concrete surfaces, boosting strength by approximately 200%.
- Wear Resistance: Solidifies various components in the concrete into a hard, dense mass, enhancing wear resistance by approximately six times.
- Dust Prevention: Reacts chemically with silicates in the concrete to form a dense structure that prevents dust accumulation on the surface.
- Compression Resistance: Treated concrete samples exhibit a 40% increase in compressive strength compared to untreated samples, with flexural strength more than doubling.
- Water Resistance: Effectively penetrates concrete to block pores and inhibit the ingress of water, oil, and other contaminants.
- Aging Resistance: Protects against damage from chloride ions and UV exposure; concrete remains unaffected by electromagnetic fields or mist.
- Corrosion Resistance: Significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of treated concrete surfaces.
- Bonding Strength: Increases bonding strength with epoxy resin by 21.9%, while maintaining stable bonding strength with coatings.
- Glossiness: Treated concrete floors exhibit a marble-like sheen that improves with prolonged use.
