K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure a clean and solid starting point.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, and use a vacuum to clear away loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base free of puddles to ensure optimal adhesion.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%, ensuring the ideal consistency for application.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), begin preparations for self-leveling.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to setting, use a defoaming roller to roll over the surface to expel entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be employed to transport the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product has a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-term storage efficiency.
During transportation, ensure careful handling to avoid collisions and compression that could damage the packaging, maintaining product integrity.
