2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, ensuring a clean foundation by vacuuming away dust and loose materials.
3. Maintain a dry base, devoid of puddles, for optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.
Achieve perfection with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approx. 2-6 hours post-application), commence the pre-work for self-leveling with precision.
2. Initiate by pouring about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Evenly spread the mixed material using a notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the entire process is completed within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting, utilize a defoaming roller over the surface to release entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry with efficiency.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When correctly sealed, the shelf life extends up to 6 months.
