Installation Instructions
To achieve a seamless wood flooring installation, the B11 notched trowel, specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive, is highly recommended. Consistent application is ensured by replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters. Adjust the open time by considering the adhesive volume, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive reaches optimal usability when it begins to form strings, guaranteeing maximum bonding efficacy.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, or LVT floors, the B1 notched trowel is the preferred tool, with a notched bar replacement every 100 square meters. Begin flooring installation as soon as the adhesive starts to form strings, securing effective adhesion and transfer to the underside of the flooring. Diligently roll the entire surface with a roller and employ a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring perfectly flat adherence without any dead spots. This ensures complete bonding between the floor and adhesive. Reaffirm the bond by rolling again 20 minutes later. It is imperative to adhere strictly to the technical guidelines provided by Lan Guan to achieve the best results.
