SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Thoroughly sand the uneven ground to effectively clear away any loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth and refined surface ready for the next steps.
3. Maintain the base in a state of dryness, ensuring it remains completely free of puddles, to enhance the adherence and durability of the subsequent layers.
4. For substrates that exhibit absorbency, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the utilization of LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for optimal treatment results.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: 40%-43%

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your project with a fresh start by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Choose the perfect primer to suit your needs. As the primer seeps into the base and begins its drying phase, approximately 2-6 hours post-application, you're ready to embark on the transformative journey of self-leveling construction.

2. Transform ordinary water into the foundation of excellence by pouring precisely 8 liters into a container. Gradually introduce a 20-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. With the finesse of a mixer, blend the concoction to a silky smoothness, free from any lumps. Carefully pour and evenly distribute the mixture, employing a specialized notched trowel to achieve the ideal thickness. Safeguard this carefully crafted mixture from the harsh embrace of direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring its integrity.

3. As the self-leveling compound gracefully begins its setting process, take proactive steps to maintain its flawless finish. Employ a defoaming roller to gently expel any trapped air, ensuring a seamless result. For enhanced efficiency, consider utilizing a pump with a delivery prowess of 20-40 liters per minute to effortlessly transport the self-leveling slurry where it's needed most.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. It is crucial to maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring that the relative humidity remains moderate. A controlled environment is essential for optimal results.

2. To preserve the exceptional performance of the self-leveling material, strictly adhere to the water addition ratios detailed in the product manual. Deviating from these specifications by using too much or too little water can significantly impact the material's effectiveness.
3. Ensure the mixed self-leveling material is utilized within 20 minutes. Beyond this timeframe, there is a risk of the material solidifying, rendering it ineffective and unusable.

4. Prioritize safety during construction to prevent any accidental splashing of the material into the eyes or onto the skin. Safety precautions are vital to avoid potential injuries.

5. Throughout the curing period, it is imperative to protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and from exposure to water, as these can compromise the integrity of the material.

TRANSPORTATION
For optimal storage, keep the product in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transit, it is important to avoid collisions and compressions to maintain the integrity of the packaging and prevent damage.
