PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Thoroughly remove dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, utilize self-leveling materials to achieve a perfectly smooth and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Apply the adhesive uniformly with a scraper brush. Allow it to set for 15-20 minutes, observing the transition from white to transparent, before commencing carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat, ensuring smoothness. Apply pressure, and utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller for optimal adhesion.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive achieves full bonding strength in 3 hours. Refrain from walking or placing weight on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring a flawless finish.
