Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Start by removing all dust and debris with a mop for a pristine floor. If uneven, apply self-leveling material to create a flawlessly smooth surface.

Step 2
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper or brush to spread the adhesive evenly. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to turn from white to transparent, indicating readiness for carpet installation.

Step 3
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet smoothly, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller for a perfect finish.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Ensure the adhesive fully bonds within 3 hours. Avoid traffic on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, guaranteeing robust performance.
