SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by thoroughly eliminating all oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface. This step is crucial for ensuring the application of our premium products on a clean slate.
2. Proceed to sand the uneven ground meticulously. This process will help in removing any loose concrete and impurities, paving the way for a smooth, even base that enhances the performance of our compound.
3. Ensure the base remains completely dry, devoid of any puddles. This condition is essential for optimal binding and to prevent any potential issues in application.
4. When dealing with absorbent substrates, it is advisable to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent. These treatments are intended to prepare the surfaces effectively, ensuring maximum adherence and performance of the product.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: Our expertly balanced water-to-mortar ratio ranges between 41% and 44%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance for superior fire-resistant capabilities.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your project by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure an optimal surface for application. Choose the right primer to aid in adhesion. When the primer is absorbed and starts to dry-typically within 2 to 6 hours of application-initiate the self-leveling process for a flawless finish.

2. In a large container, begin with approximately 10 liters of clean, clear water. Gradually integrate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, stirring thoroughly with a mixer until the blend is smooth and lump-free. Pour this meticulously mixed compound onto the surface, distributing it evenly. Utilize a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Ensure that the prepared material is safeguarded from direct sunlight and powerful winds for optimal consistency.

3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, use a defoaming roller to glide across the surface, effectively removing any entrapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20 to 40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently, ensuring a seamless application.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the environment temperature where construction occurs ranges comfortably between 5°C and 30°C. It's crucial to maintain a low to moderate relative humidity for optimal results and performance.

2. Adhere strictly to the precise water ratio outlined in the product manual. This meticulous attention is vital to maintain the exceptional performance of the self-leveling material, preventing any degradation due to incorrect water proportions.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material promptly within a 20-minute window to avert any premature solidification, which would render the material ineffective and unusable.

4. Prioritize safety throughout the construction process. This includes being vigilant to prevent any accidental splashes of the material into eyes or onto skin, ensuring a safe and smooth operation.

5. During the critical curing period, take proactive measures to shield the ground from impacts by heavy objects or water exposure to maintain the integrity and strength of the surface.

TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES
To preserve the product's premium quality, store it in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, shielded from intense sunlight. During transportation, exercise exceptional care to avoid any collisions or compressions that might compromise the integrity of its packaging and overall product quality.
