TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the floor using a mop to remove dust and debris. For uneven surfaces, apply a self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and pristine base.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Utilize a scraper brush to apply the adhesive evenly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for transformation from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat, apply firm pressure, and ensure seamless adherence using a rubber mallet or pressure roller for optimal results.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The adhesive strengthens within 3 hours, but it's crucial to avoid foot traffic or any work on the carpet for at least 12 hours. This method ensures the carpet withstands weight without bubbling or deformation.
