K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly cleanse the surface by eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces, eliminating loose concrete and debris, followed by a vacuum to ensure a pristine, dust-free base.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from any puddles, to facilitate optimal application.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment. On non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve the best results.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to ensure optimal mixing consistency and performance.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the pre-work for self-leveling to achieve a flawless foundation.
2. Commence by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to achieve a uniformly smooth, lump-free mixture. Dispense the mixture evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to regulate thickness. Shield the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, and ensure completion of the mixing/application process within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, deploy a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. For efficient material delivery, utilize a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry smoothly.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Under sealed conditions, the K50 compound boasts a 6-month shelf life, ensuring long-term usability.
During transport, ensure gentle handling by avoiding collisions and compression to preserve the integrity of the packaging, ensuring the product remains undamaged and ready for application.
