By effectively inhibiting moisture from the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it significantly boosts the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This guarantees steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and foundation, effectively eliminating common defects such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. Should the surface be loose or exhibit large sand shedding areas, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is required. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum it before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water, ranging from a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio depending on substrate absorption. Apply uniformly with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, additional coats may be applied as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
