K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface for optimal adhesion.
2. Carefully grind uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to ensure a pristine, dust-free base.
3. Maintain a dry foundation, free from puddles, for the best results.
4. For absorbent substrates, recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve ideal preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Commence self-leveling when the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add one 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound while mixing until smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, gently roll a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate trapped air. For efficient application, use a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, maintaining its integrity and quality.
During transportation, handle with care to prevent damage-avoid collisions and compression of the packaging to ensure its pristine condition upon arrival.
