Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Meticulously clean all dust and debris using a mop. If uneven, apply self-leveling material for a flawlessly smooth and pristine surface.

Step 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Utilize a scraper brush to evenly coat the adhesive on the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to turn from white to clear, then proceed with carpet laying.

Step 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Smooth out the carpet, apply firm pressure, and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller for secure installation.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive achieves bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid foot traffic or heavy work for 12 hours to ensure the carpet handles weight without bubbling or deformation.
