Product Construction Process

Step 1
Surface Preparation: Clean the base floor thoroughly to remove all dust and debris, ensuring a pristine starting point. For uneven surfaces, apply a self-leveling compound for a flawless finish.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Employ a scraper brush to smoothly distribute the adhesive. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes until it changes from white to clear, signaling readiness for carpet placement.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Position the carpet carefully, ensuring it's flat and smooth. Use pressure from a rubber mallet or roller for secure adhesion.

Step 4
Adhesive Curing Process
Bond Formation: The adhesive solidifies within 3 hours, attaining full bonding strength. Refrain from stepping or working on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation. This approach guarantees long-lasting durability.
