SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

3. In accordance with the recommended mixing ratio, start by pouring 5 liters of water into your mixing container. Gradually add 25 kilograms of repair mortar. Use a high-quality mixer to blend the components thoroughly, ensuring a uniform and lump-free mixture that is ready for application.

4. Carefully pour the expertly mixed material into the designated repair area. With precision, use a trowel to spread it evenly, creating a flawless and smooth surface. Follow up with a roller to eradicate any trapped air bubbles, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure that the temperature of the construction environment remains optimally within the range of 5ºC to 30ºC. For exterior applications, it is advisable to shield the site from direct sunlight, and construction activities should be postponed during rainy weather for optimal results.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio specified in the product manual. Precise measurements are crucial to maintaining the exceptional performance of the self-leveling compound, as deviations can compromise effectiveness and durability.

3. For optimal application, utilize the mixed self-leveling compound within a 20-minute window. This prevents premature solidification, ensuring the material remains workable and effective.

4. Exercise caution throughout the construction process to prevent accidental splashes of the material into the eyes or onto the skin, prioritizing safety at all times.

5. During the curing phase, it is imperative to protect the surface from heavy impacts and ensure it remains dry to promote optimal curing and strength.


TRANSPORTATION
