Our state-of-the-art PVC Flooring Adhesive is meticulously crafted to fortify and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces that are experiencing slight sand shedding. It is equally adept for use on aerated concrete block surfaces as well. Ideally suited for application on a variety of substrates, including putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and highly absorbent bases such as concrete, this adhesive is versatile and reliable. This premium adhesive excels at sealing capillary pores and cracks within the substrate. It effectively reduces the absorption rate of porous materials, thereby enhancing overall durability.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, this adhesive plays a critical role in maintaining structural integrity. It dramatically boosts bonding strength, ensuring a tenacious adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This completely eradicates typical issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives such as release agents. This product is not recommended for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are mandatory.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare it.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting for substrate absorption. Apply an even coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, applying multiple coats is advisable for optimal results.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for a seamless finish.
