K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any existing old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind down uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove all dust and loose materials.
3. Ensure the base is dry and completely free of puddles before application.
4. For absorbent substrates, we recommend using LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for effective treatment.
Achieve the perfect mix with a water to mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance.
1. Once the base layer is thoroughly cleaned, choose an appropriate primer. Wait for the primer to be absorbed and begin drying (usually 2-6 hours after application) before starting the self-leveling process.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the blend is smooth and lump-free. Dispense the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to achieve the desired thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, roll a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any air bubbles. For transportation, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transfer the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store K50 in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and moist environments. When sealed properly, the product's shelf life extends to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, protecting the integrity of the packaging and the quality of the product.
