PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
STEP 1

CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by thoroughly cleaning dust and debris from the floor with a mop. If uneven, utilize self-leveling material to achieve a smooth, impeccable finish.
STEP 2

ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper brush to evenly distribute the adhesive on the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to clear, then proceed with carpet installation.
STEP 3

CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet evenly, apply pressure, and utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller to ensure proper adhesion.
STEP 4

LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the adhesive to gain bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid traffic or work on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring a flawless finish.
