Substrate Treatment
Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For substrates that are loose or exhibit excessive sand shedding, reinforcement is not suitable without shot blasting. Sand the surface thoroughly and vacuum before application for optimal results.
>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare it adequately.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio based on the substrate's absorption rate and apply one coat with a roller brush to ensure comprehensive penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary to achieve desired durability.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be finished with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
