Performance characteristics
Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive, the ultimate choice for flooring applications demanding unparalleled elasticity and advanced curing capabilities. Specially designed for materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this extraordinary adhesive serves both as a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive solution on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its innovative formula allows limited use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Experience the flawless, dependable application your projects deserve with LG9000.
Transform your flooring installations with LG9000, specifically on non-absorbent substrates. Begin the installation process a mere 20-50 minutes after application, enjoying the benefits of its long-lasting adhesion, exceptional peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and impressive curing strength. Ensure that your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free. For challenging surfaces - those that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent - enhance the surface integrity using LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Embrace the unparalleled stability and performance that LG9000 offers.
Installation Instructions
Secure flawless wood flooring installations using a B11 notched trowel, specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesive applications. It is essential to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. The adhesive's open time depends on factors such as adhesive quantity, climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive becomes ready for use once it starts forming strings, indicating its optimal application stage.
For wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, a B1 notched trowel is recommended for superior results. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. Begin installation when the adhesive forms strings, ensuring excellent transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, roll the entire surface thoroughly with a roller, and press edges and corners using a cork board for a consistent, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll after 20 minutes.
