TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Begin by thoroughly cleaning any dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a flawlessly smooth and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Employ a scraper brush to meticulously spread the adhesive across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, signaling the time to initiate carpet laying.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Position the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure, and utilize a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll for an impeccable finish.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to gain bonding strength within 3 hours; restrict walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to ensure durability, preventing bubbling or deformation for a resilient finish.
