The K50 self-leveling compound stands out due to its superb strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion properties. It delivers a flawless and robust base for floor installations, making it suitable for diverse rigid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Boasting superior fluidity, it automatically levels the substrate effortlessly.
2. Elevates the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation, creating a perfect canvas for your flooring ambitions.
3. Diminishes porosity while bolstering uniform absorption for an even finish.
4. Rapid drying and early setting facilitate grinding and decorative flooring installation within just 1-2 days.
5. Low shrinkage characteristics effectively prevent cracking during ground preparation.

K50 can be applied with a thickness range of 2mm to 5mm in a single application, accommodating various leveling needs.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface for optimal bonding.
2. Smooth out any uneven surfaces by grinding and vacuuming to ensure the removal of loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free of puddles to maintain the integrity of the application.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, employ LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for best results.
Optimal water to mortar ratio stands at 26%, ensuring a consistent and effective mixture.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), commence the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a power mixer until the blend is smooth and free from lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the mixing and application are completed within 10 minutes for the best results.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to remove any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in dry, ventilated, and cool environments, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product has a shelf life of 6 months, preserving its quality and efficacy.
During transport, avoid collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging and product.
