K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface for optimal bonding.
2. Smooth out any uneven surfaces by grinding and vacuuming to ensure the removal of loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free of puddles to maintain the integrity of the application.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, employ LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for best results.
Optimal water to mortar ratio stands at 26%, ensuring a consistent and effective mixture.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), commence the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a power mixer until the blend is smooth and free from lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the mixing and application are completed within 10 minutes for the best results.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to remove any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in dry, ventilated, and cool environments, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product has a shelf life of 6 months, preserving its quality and efficacy.
During transport, avoid collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging and product.
