3. Maintain the base in optimal condition by ensuring it is thoroughly dry and completely free of any puddles. This precaution is key to successful application.
4. For absorbent substrates, enhance adhesion with our recommended LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, employ our specialized LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure superior surface preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by thoroughly cleansing the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Choose the ideal primer for your specific surface. Once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry, usually within 2 to 6 hours post-application, it's time to initiate the groundwork for self-leveling. This preparation is crucial for achieving a perfectly harmonious floor.
2. Pour about 5 liters of clean, pristine water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our superb self-leveling compound. Mix meticulously until the concoction becomes uniformly smooth and entirely lump-free. Gently pour the harmoniously blended material and spread it meticulously, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness with precision. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and potent winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to glide over the surface, effectively expelling any entrapped air bubbles for a flawless finish. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to seamlessly transport the self-leveling slurry for efficient application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C to ensure optimum performance. Keep relative humidity in check, as excessive humidity can compromise results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. Deviating from the recommended water amount can detrimentally affect the self-leveling material's performance, leading to subpar results.
3. Be swift and apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which could render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent the material from splashing into the eyes or onto the skin, ensuring a safe working environment.
5. During the curing phase, safeguard the surface from being struck by heavy objects or exposed to water, as this can alter the curing process.
TRANSPORTATION
